Recently I needed to find a broker to dispose of a property. I was given the name of Chris Grunthaner of Blue Koi Realty. He came in, assessed the property, got it on the market. It was sold with everything signed, sealed, and delivered in less than 30 days. I didn't have to go into any office. Everything was handled over the phone & internet. Even the final signing from the title company was handled by a mobile notary. Simple, easy, no stress, wonderful company. I highly recommend them to anyone.
